- Shipping locations: We deliver products to all serviceable pin codes within India. Before placing an order, you can verify service availability for your pin code on our product pages.
- Courier partners: We partner with leading logistics providers, such as shiprocket, to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.
- Order processing
- Processing time: All orders are processed within 3-9 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Dispatch confirmation: You will receive a separate notification when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Shipping rates and delivery estimates
- Shipping costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on your pin code and the weight of your order. You can view the final shipping cost at the checkout page before completing your purchase.
- Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs.299.
- Estimated delivery time: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available for select pin codes).
- Delivery delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistical issues, poor weather conditions, or other force majeure In such cases, we will inform you of the revised schedule.
- Order tracking
- Tracking details: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website.
- Tracking status: You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided.
- Delivery attempts and non-delivery
- Delivery attempts: Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
- Non-delivery: If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
- Damaged or lost shipments

At present, merikart.com does not offer international shipping. All orders can only be shipped to locations within India.
